Louvered Shutters

UPDATED: My windows came in sooner than anticipated and today Rafe and two others came and did the install. They were very professional, worked very systematically and had my windows in, inside and outside trim work and shutters replaced and Rafe demonstrated various aspects of how the windows work and the various features associated with them, all much quicker than I could ever have imagined. They made sure the area they worked in was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. I am beyond thrilled with the whole process, from beginning to end. INITIAL VISIT: I was impressed with the presentation given by Dylan, especially the video as that answered any and all questions about how to windows would be installed. He was very thorough in explaining everything from beginning to finish.
