Specifically Rafe and the install crew were absolutely amazing 10 out of 10 if you can find them to install your windows, I would other than that check these people out can’t speak to the corporate business.

I saw an add on Facebook for their windows after getting a quote from another company that was a complete joke… The sales rep that came in was very nice, very respectful, and didn’t talk down about the competition like the other company had… our first quote was over 6 figures for 4 doors and 11 windows… These guys come in and blow the first quote away, quoting 3 doors and 19 windows for half the price! Shop around, do your own research, but keep these guys in mind.

Window world replaced most of our homes windows this summer (2026). They could not have been more professional- the windows are just terrific- so easy to clean and nice and tight. The people who came were really very nice- extremely clean- there wasn't anything to clean after they left- they cut out the old windows and took them away- I wholeheartedly recommend them, five stars for the work and the windows themselves.

Bay window before/garden window after. 2 windows over the sink before/1 big window after. The 3 men installing the windows were professional, friendly and fast. The salesmen suggested the garden window as an affordable option and I’m very pleased with it. He also suggested 1 big window over the sink that I love! Will use window world again!

I recently had 10 windows replaced including a large garden window(expensive!) and large picture window(also expensive!). I got 5 quotes from different area businesses and weighed quality vs cost and Window World of Southern Maine got the job. It took about 6 weeks for the garden window to be built and the installation was shortly after that. Every person that came to my house was knowledgeable and professional. The job was done in a morning, which surprised me because I thought it would take longer. The work was very well done. I highly recommend WWSM!

They did an amazing job, Rafe and his crew were really great! They cleaned up when they were done, absolutely no mess in the house or outside! They replaced 9 windows for us. They look so nice that we're getting a quote to replace our door!
