I hired window world to reside my house, and replace three windows. Lauren in the office did an amazing job of coordinating the delivery of materials, dumpster, and porta potty. The workers showed up the next day. Incredibly, they had a 2 Hour drive to get here from Nashua, and two hours back. They arrived every day by 7:30 to 8 AM and worked right through to 5 PM. They only stopped once for a lunch break and stayed on the property the whole time. Nobody smoked on the property. My house had a lot of exterior damage which they had to repair. I feel like I have a brand new house, absolutely outstanding work! The only thing left is for me to paint that terrible yellow color on the brick foundation.

Very professional and pleasant service from day one of estimate around April 2nd to measuring to installation. Was told it would be 6 - 8 weeks for windows to be manufactured and so we expected sometime in June or July and we had windows installed on 4/28/25. Austin and Bryan were efficient, courteous, very helpful with my many questions and assisted me in reinstalling my window blinds.
The process was fascinating to watch.
The windows are very heavy duty and improve the look of our home. Highly recommend.

Scott, Wayne and another young man arrived just after 8:00am and by 12:30pm they had installed 8 new windows. They were extremely professional and detailed oriented. We had an issue with on of the glass panes and Kourtney called to confirm they are taking care of that. We are very satisfied with the customer service and installation process. 6/10/2025 Update: Austin was over yesterday to replace a bottom bedroom window & sash (the original had a defect on installation day). Austin installed and adjusted the lock on the new one in no time. All the contact we have had with Window World has been professional, prompt and courteous. Sandy

Started with sales person showing at our house No pressure at all.Once We decided to proceed he brought window pieces in not before as other companies did.We wanted to change our contract a few days later.He came back and made it work for us.The installation crew were superb Work well as a team! They finished a 9 window install plus new shutters in 6 hours.They left our place as clean as it was when they started! I highly recommend window world!!

One of the windows I had installed about 8 years ago, suddenly cracked! I called Window World of Southern Maine and after giving them the number of the window that cracked, they ordered a new panel and called to schedule a change out date. I had to cancel the first date due to a death in my family. I thought I would have to wait a while to get a second change out date, but no, they called in less then two weeks and came today to change out the cracked panel for the new panel. It took less than 10 minutes and they were on time. Very satisfied with Window World and I am glad we went with them 8 years ago!
