Had the best experience from the first quote with Leo to the end of the install. Rafe and his crew arrived on time. They were very respectful of our home. Cleaned up everything before they left. Installed 15 windows in 8 hours. Couldn’t be happier. So glad we went with Window World. May even look into a couple entry doors next!!

Had an issue with a bay window install but they came good and honored the warranty replaying it. Will use them again for the rest of the windows. Austin was excellent to work with , very kind and professional. Trevor and Ethan did a great job helping with the installation.

My window world installation went very well. Rafer and his crew came on a cold day after a snowstorm. They showed up in the time frame given. They were very polite and professional. My home is 100 years old, and they knew exactly how to handle the old windows. I would recommend window-world.

Dylan was wonderful. He never made me feel pressured to buy anything and truly takes a genuine interest in making your home feel even better. He is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions to help me make the best choices. I appreciate all the time he took to ensure everything was to my preference. I look forward to partnering with Dylan, Rafe, and the Window World team on my remaining projects.

Four or five techs installed 6 windows within an hour's time at my house last Friday. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up everything as needed. Their Supervisor Raf was very polite and helpful. Thanks again everyone, and Happy Holidays.

We had an issue with a window sash where we could not get it closed properly. We contacted Windows World and they immediately (that afternoon) dispatched a technician. Austin arrived, diagnosed the problem, we needed a new sash. More importantly Austin got the window closed as colder weather was arriving.
A few weeks later the new sash had arrived and we coordinated with Austin to get the new sash installed. Done! The new sash was installed in less than 30 minutes!
We could not be happier, Windows World exceeded our expectations in every dimension. Austin, our technician was absolutely great. He was informative, friendly and simply got the job done. We could not ask for anything more!

Dylan O'Neil was our estimator today. With his years of experience as a contractor, he is very knowledgable about home construction. He is very careful and thorough in his work.He has also worked with other window suppliers but he has the most confidence in Window World products, compared to several others. He is very patient and personable to work with. We have three doors and two windows previously installed by Window World ten years ago. We can't recommend both Dylan and Window World enough.

Window World Representative Dylan O'Neil from the Westbrook Maine office was absolutely wonderful as we began our window replacement journey! Professional, knowledgeable and patient, Dylan answered all our questions and allowed us to work our own process to arrive at the goal of ordering new windows, which we did! He was super tolerant of our great big dogs in our tiny house as he maneuvered obsticles for measuring which was also super appreciated! We are anxious for installation day! Thank you so much Dylan!
